General Instructions and Terms of Sale

• No Early Bird Sales.  The tag sale’s hours are 9am to 2pm Saturday, and 10am to 2pm Sunday.
   
• Loading: Buyers are responsible for loading and removing from the sale’s premises all purchased items by no later than 4pm Sunday, July 20th.  Please note that we cannot assist you with lifting or loading purchased items, so please plan accordingly.
   
• Payment: Accepted payment methods are exact cash or Venmo.     
   
• "As Is" Condition: Items are being sold in their current condition, with no guarantees or warranties. Please inspect items carefully.
   
• Pricing: Items are tagged with a fixed price; however, reasonable offers may be considered. 
   
• Final Sales: All sales are final.  No returns, exchanges or refunds will be considered. 
   
• Conduct: Respectful behavior towards all individuals associated with this tag sale, the items being sold and the premises where the sale is being held will be most appreciated.  Areas beyond the premises' driveway are accessible only to staff.   Thank you for your understanding!
